Data Conversion :

In certain instances, depending on the system you are converting from, we provide a service to bring certain data across in order to save you time in terms of re-capture of this data. We have developed a library of these conversion programs from a host of many different applications and use these modules as the basis of conversion if certain additional considerations need to be catered for. For example, we can bring across your items, suppliers and customers, as well as balances as they occur within ageing periods. We have successfully converted certain clients with up to 16,000 items and hundreds of clients and suppliers within minutes. So you have no need to have concern about how easy it would be to switch-over to a new system.

Balances Brought Forward :

If you are on a manual system or using a method whereby it requires for you to capture aged balances before "going live", then we offer support in terms of our free training session that enables you to capture these balances as journal entries through the system. This method caters for complete referencing and descriptions to financial information which will make it easy for your auditor to reconcile.
