One of the most important services we perform to our clients is to listen to their requirements. All suggestions from our clients are carefully thought about within our development team. The process of feasibility for any development includes considerations of both functionality within the system and our broader client base. Basically, if we find that a development will benefit most of our clients yet at the same time add value to the system in terms of functionality, we will then code that development and then offer it as an upgrade to all existing licensed clients who are signed up on our maintenance stream at no extra cost.

System Versions :

As developments and enhancements are continually carried out on all our packages, we prefer to have at most only two versions of any package. In most cases we have only one version, that is the one that includes all the latest developments. This way we never turn away licensed clients who are signed up on our maintenance stream due to older versions. The version that we market then will always be the latest version of any system.

Document Formats :

If you require a pre-printed format of any document, for example, an invoice, we will develop the format within the system for you. This way you do not have to frustrate yourself with getting the system to line-up correctly on your documents.
